Gift Off acts as an intermediary in the supply of our gift cards and, as such, there is no VAT on the gift card itself. The receipts we send via email are the only receipts we issue (see emails with the subject "[Gift Off] Thanks for your order!"). Depending on the retailer, the VAT invoice would be issued upon redemption for their goods or services.
